The PKC will provide opportunities to senior as well as young researchers and professionals, and students in academic and R&D institutions, industries and other organisations in the city to participate in ongoing projects of the PKC, propose new projects, organise and deliver lectures, and participate in and propose schools, workshops and conferences. They can also take part in discussions, brainstorming sessions and preparation of white papers, and in general join any of the activities of the PKC, depending on their interest, expertise and experience. There will also be opportunities for civil society, including high school and college students, to participate in programs which will be tailored to their interests and in citizen science projects. Many of the activities of the PKC will be focused on capacity building and skill development at all levels.

Opportunities available with the PKC will be regularly publicized through messages sent to email lists, and published on the PKC website and through social media. Regular webinars, and face-to-face talks and discussions when those become possible, will be conducted on the programs of the PKC to make potential users aware of the opportunities offered.
