Refund and Returns Policy
Payment and Refund Policy:
1. Payment Process: Pune Knowledge Cluster Foundation, referred to as “PKCF” hereafter, provides a secure and reliable payment gateway for donors and supporters to make contributions to our charitable initiatives. The payment process is as follows:
1.1. Payment Methods: PKCF accepts payments through various modes, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other electronic payment methods.
1.2. Payment Security: PKCF prioritizes the security of our donors’ information. All payment transactions are processed using industry-standard encryption protocols to protect sensitive data.
1.3. Payment Confirmation: After a successful transaction, donors will receive a confirmation email or notification with details of their contribution and a unique transaction ID.
2. Refund Policy: PKCF aims to maintain transparency and fairness in all its dealings, including refunds. The following conditions apply to refund requests:
2.1. Eligibility for Refund: PKCF will process refunds only in cases where a donor has made an accidental or erroneous payment or if the transaction violates applicable laws or regulations. The refund will be processed within 10-15 business days directly to the source.
The Refund will be credited within 10 working days from the date of processing.
2.2. Refund Request Procedure: To request a refund, donors must contact PKCF’s support team within 7 days of the transaction date, providing the transaction details and the reason for the refund request.
2.3. Refund Processing: PKCF will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval and refunded to the source.
The Refund will be credited within 10 working days from the date of processing.
2.4. Non-Refundable Donations: Donations made with the explicit intention of supporting PKCF’s ongoing projects or initiatives are generally non-refundable. However, exceptions may be considered under extraordinary circumstances.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Donor Eligibility: By using PKCF’s payment gateway, donors confirm that they are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to make charitable contributions.
2. Accuracy of Information: Donors must provide accurate and up-to-date information while making payments through the PKCF payment gateway. Any discrepancy in the provided information may result in transaction failures or delays.
3. Unauthorized Use: Users shall not use PKCF’s payment gateway for any unauthorized or illegal purposes, including but not limited to fraudulent activities, unauthorized access, or misrepresentation of identity.
4. Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the PKCF website and payment gateway are the sole property of PKCF. Users are prohibited from using, reproducing, or modifying any of this content without explicit written consent from PKCF.
5. Limitation of Liability: PKCF will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the payment gateway, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
6. Amendments to Policies: PKCF reserves the right to modify or update the Payment and Refund Policy as well as the Terms and Conditions at any time. Donors will be notified of any significant changes via email or prominent announcements on the PKCF website.
7. Governing Law: The Payment and Refund Policy, as well as the Terms and Conditions, shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune.
By using PKCF’s payment gateway, donors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Payment and Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
